Booked the hotel for husbands 50th birthday. 15 people booked in total. As a thank you they upgraded us but by mistake gave the upgrade to another member of the party. When they overheard me ltelling someone this (not complaining, just laughing about the situation) they immediately upgraded us as well. Reception staff were all so friendly and acccomodating. Hotel beautiful and historic, in a very central location. Cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Da wir nur Frühstück dabei hatten kann ich nur das Frühstück bewerten! Das Frühstücksbuffet war ein Traum! Es hat jeden Tag eine riesige Auswahl gegeben! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Zimmer sind sehr modern eingerichtet! Das Hotel liegt super zentral, man ist vom Hauptbahnhof zu Fuß in 15 min im Hotel. Direkt vor dem Hotel bleibt der Hop on Hop off Bus stehen und die Straßenbahn. Gleich gegenüber vom Hotel ist der Königspalast und das Zentrum (Geschäfte, Madam Tussauds usw.) ins Rotlichtviertel geht man vom Hotel auch gerade mal 10-15 min! Auch wenn mich manche Dinge gestört haben, würde ich immer wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten wollen, da man über diese kleinigkeiten hinweg sehen kann ;-)

Die Badezimmer gehören renoviert und besser gepurtz! Die Fenster sind extremst dünn, also sehr empfindlich darf man nicht sein!

The laundry in the room was poor, one of the towels was a dark grey colour and the sheets on the bed despite being freshly laundered were badly stained.
