Housed in a former textile factory that has been empty since 2000, the hotel will have 80 rooms, ranging from pocket size to warehouse size to loft size (these have a terrace and some one even comes with a hot tub), each with exposed brick, large windows, Hypnos beds, rainfall showers and 49″ flatscreen TVs.
